Hearth ("the app") is published by Pentanova Danışmanlık Denetim ve Eğitim Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. ("we"). We do not collect, store, sell or share any personal data.
What stays on your iPhone
- Student names, grades, lesson logs, school-year goals and the school/teacher names you enter are stored on your device. If you are signed in to iCloud, Apple syncs them through your private iCloud database so they appear on your other devices. This data is in your iCloud account; we cannot access it.
- PDF records are created on your device. They are shared only if you choose to share or print them.
Quick notes and dictation
- When you dictate a note, speech is converted to text by Apple's speech recognition, on your device where supported. Audio is not recorded or saved by the app.
- Notes are turned into lessons on your device (with Apple Intelligence where available, otherwise built-in rules). They are never sent to us or to any third-party AI service.
No accounts, no tracking
There is no sign-up. The app contains no ads, no analytics SDKs and no tracking.
Purchases
Subscriptions are handled by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your payment details.
Children
Hearth is made for parents and teachers. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13; information you enter about your students stays on your device.
Deleting your data
You can delete lessons and students in the app; deletions sync to your other devices. Deleting the app removes its data from the device; iCloud data can be removed in iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Storage.
